Complaints can also be submitted directly to Banco de Portugal, using the contacts and instructions on the supervisory authority’s website (https://www.bportugal.pt).
The customer also has the possibility of resorting to alternative means of dispute resolution, with the CACCL and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities (RAL), where you can submit your complaints in order to prevent conflicts with this credit intermediary. You can consult the list here.
