Reporting Irregularities

Under the legal and regulatory terms in force, Mundo Ageas Serviços, Unipessoal, Lda, through the Livo brand, provides means of contact for receiving reports of internal irregularities related in particular to the following matters:

a) an act or omission which is contrary to rules contained in European Union acts referred to in the Annex to Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, to national rules implementing, transposing or enforcing such acts or to any other rules contained in legislative acts implementing or transposing such acts, including those providing for criminal offences or administrative offences, relating to the fields of:

• public procurement;

• financial services, products and markets, product safety and compliance;

• transport safety;

• environmental protection;

• food and feed safety, animal health and welfare, public health;

• consumer protection;

• protection of privacy and personal data and security of the network and information systems;

• financial interests of the European Union, internal market rules, including competition and state aid, and corporate tax rules, crime, especially violent and highly organised crime, insofar as they relate to the activity of the covered entity, as provided for in Art. 2 of Law no. 93/2021, of 20 December.

b) Harassment under the terms of Law 73/2017, of 16 August.

Harassment under the terms of Law 73/2017, of 16 August. All reports are treated independently, the protection of personal data and the confidentiality of the identity of the author of the report is ensured, and anonymity can be maintained if desired.
The author of the report, who acts in good faith, with serious grounds for believing that the information is true when reported, shall benefit from the protection conferred by the law, and retaliatory acts against them are prohibited.
